Sept. 9, 2020—Elite Worldwide has officially launched a series of four new live, online training courses for shop owners.
According to an Elite press release, Supercharge Your Shop will be taught by Ratchet+Wrench columnist Joe Marconi, as well as Kevin Vaught. They will cover topics such as mastering shop numbers, recruiting top techs and advisors, maximizing employee productivity, and filling up the shop bays.
Shop owners will have the option to either enroll in the whole course series, or pick and choose the individual courses.
Each course costs $325 and each topic run two days each.

- Sept. 14-15: Mastering Your Shop's Numbers and Cost Control
- Sept. 16-17: Hiring America's Top Techs & Advisors
- Sept. 21-22: Maximizing Employee Morale, Productivity and Profits
- Sept. 23-24: Filling Up Your Service Bays with the Ideal Customers
