Oct. 8, 2013

Oct. 8, 2013—Wells Vehicle Electronics has added 488 new and original automotive parts to its product line, expanding coverage on more than 375 million additional vehicles.

The new part numbers include 150 accelerator pedal position sensors, 53 combination switches, 45 door lock actuators, and 33 new OE-quality emissions, ignition and fuel injection parts. Nearly 330 of the 488 parts are new to the aftermarket.

“Being first to market in the vehicle electronics category is an important competitive advantage not only for Wells, but also for the distributors and service providers who sell and install our products,” said John Zochert, director of marketing and product management for Wells. “Our channel partners can’t afford to lose a sale to the OE dealer because that customer might never come back.
