Master Automatic and MacLean-Fogg to Merge

The new division will be known as MacLean Master LLC.

Jan. 6, 2021—MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions (MFCS), a supplier of engineered components and plastics, and Master Automatic, a supplier of precision machined components and provider of manufacturing capabilities for OEM and Tier 1 companies, will merge, according to a press release. 

Master Automatic will become part of the MFCS Engineered Solutions Group and the new division will be known as MacLean Master LLC with locations in Plymouth and Livonia, Mich.

As a worldwide corporation with 35 global manufacturing facilities, MacLean-Fogg Company provides engineered metal and plastic components to the automotive, heavy vehicle, military, and other industrial markets as well as products for use in the transmission and distribution of electrical power, communication and civil infrastructure markets.
