The technicians are ASE, OE and JPRO certified and will help solve problems and questions related to a diagnosis or repair job.

March 3, 2021—Noregon, an IoT company specializing in connected vehicle solutions, has debuted a new service to remotely assist technicians with diagnosis and repair work, the company announced in a press release.

Through a program entitled “JRPO Technician as a Service (TaaS),” users will be provided unlimited calls to Noregon’s US-based technicians. The technicians are ASE, OE and JPRO certified and will help solve problems and questions related to a diagnosis or repair job.

“As a former technician, I know that even the top technicians in the industry sometimes get stumped during a repair,” product manager Jason Hedman said in a statement. “Whether you have an issue that no one in your shop can solve, or you simply don’t want to pull away your top technicians to assist with entry-level work, we’ve got the team in place to get the issue solved and get the truck back on the road.”
