May 7, 2021—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Friday, May 7 at 4:00 p.m. ET, the organization announced in a press release.
Entitled “Documenting the Repair Process - How to Do It Right,” Rhett Holland of ALLDATA will unveil methods to make sure shops can accurately document steps in the repair process and ensure that the needs of both the employer and customer are met.
