Automotive Leaders Join NODAR

Experts from Daimler, Continental, Ford and BMW will consult with and advise the company to help bring increased safety to the ADAS market.

July 22, 2021—Several automotive industry leaders have joined the Board of Directors and Advisory Board for NODAR, a provider of camera-based 3D vision technology, according to a press release.

Roger Nielsen, former president and CEO of Daimler Trucks North America, will be joining the Board of Directors, while Kurt Lehmann, former CTO of Continental AG, Klaus Kompass, former VP Safety at BMW, and Tom Pilutti, former technical leader and manager of research and advanced ADAS at Ford Motor Company will join the company's Advisory Board. The group will consult and advise on the the development of ADAS and autonomous vehicles for increased safety. 

"We are excited to bring the individual and collective expertise of some of the brightest minds in the business to NODAR. Together, we will bring a new generation of 3D vision technology to the market that will help eradicate fatalities on the road," said Leaf Jiang, founder and CEO of NODAR.
