The company will now offer support from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days each week, according to Krista Redmond, marketing supervisor of Innova Electronics Corporation. Automotive service professionals can call the dedicated line 877.227.7226 to speak in English or Spanish with an ASE-certified technician located at the company’s headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
“We understand the importance of being readily available to them every day so they can complete the diagnosis and repair of vehicles quickly, accurately and profitably,” Redmond said.
