Repair Shop Partners Purchase Former Diner for New Location

Dave Fiore and Sherief Elsamra of Wrenchtec have purchased the former Forks Diner building in Forks Township, Pennsylvania. 

Sept. 28, 2022—A repair shop is set to open in a former diner space in Pennsylvania. 

According to WFMZ 69 News, the building that houses the former Forks Diner in Forks Township was purchased by Dave Fiore and Sherief Elsamra, partners at a repair shop called Wrenchtec. This will be the second location for Wrenchtec, which currently has one shop in Nazareth. 

The Forks Diner building was purchased for $650,000 and is expected to open as a Wrenchtec shop in spring 2023. It is about 5,000 square feet and will have six service bays. Lehigh Financial Group LLC has arranged over $1 million for the purchase and development of this project under Your Mechanic PA, LLC.
