ASA-Midwest Announces Additional Locations for Incentive-Based Pay Training

Aug. 20, 2014—The Automotive Service Association of the Midwest (ASA–Midwest) will host a dinner and training focused on incentive-based pay plans next month in Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas.

The four incentive-pay programs held next month will feature a video called “Incentive Based Pay: Proper Pay = Proper Results," which will discuss the pros and cons of various types of pay plans and provide tips to make employees more engaged via incentive-based pay.

In Missouri, the ASA–Midwest will host two trainings, one in Columbia on Sept. 16 and one in Maryland Heights, near St. Louis, on Sept. 9. In Arkansas, the training will be held in Little Rock on Sept. 25. Details and registration options can be found here.

The cost to attend the training is $25 for ASA–Midwest members and $30 for non-members.
