Aug. 31, 2016—The Car Care Council Women’s Board announced Tuesday that it has extended the deadline for the 2016 Automotive Communications Awards and the Women of the Year Awards. Entries and Nominations will be accepted through Sept. 9.
“With Labor Day marking the unofficial end of summer, our thoughts now shift to fall and the upcoming AAPEX show,” said Amy Mattinat, president of the Women’s Board. “We decided to extend the deadline to give industry members more time to get their award entries and nominations in after the long holiday weekend.”
The Automotive Communications Awards honor companies and agencies that provide automotive information to consumers and professionals on a daily basis through outstanding marketing, advertising and merchandising.
The Women of the Year Awards honor women who have had a significant effect on the auto care industry.
