Mitchell 1 to Hold Shop Management Workshop in Atlantic City

February 20, 2014—Mitchell 1 will hold this year’s first Shop Management Workshop from May 1-3 at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J.

The training is designed for those who have prior experience using their shop management software and want to learn more advanced capabilities, better methods, shortcuts, and new features.

The two-day training session will guide users through all levels of functionality in Mitchell 1 and ShopKey Manager SE. Topics include program setup values, inventory, reporting, best practices, advanced transactions, and integration with aftermarket cataloging.

The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, national training manager.

Mitchell 1 said attendees will also learn about the company’s SocialCRM customer retention and new customer acquisition service.
