Changing Technologies Embraces 3-D Printing

July 24, 2015

July 24, 2015—Changing Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: CHGT) is ready to help manufacturers take full advantage of 3-D printing technology that can help make parts—even entire cars—cheaper, lighter and faster.

Cheaper Technologies will use its 3-D printing portal, printing services and consulting expertise to help manufacturers take full advantage of this trend in technology.

“When it comes to the automotive industry, 3-D printing is about to shift into a higher gear,” said CHGT CEO Marco Valenzuela. “Considering how many parts go into building a car, the possibilities for 3D printing are nearly limitless. The biggest advantage is that with 3D technology, carmakers can make parts that are much lighter than traditionally manufactured parts, which helps with meeting CAFE fuel economy standards. We’re heavily targeting the automotive industry and expect it to be a big part of our future revenue stream.”

A recent survey found that two out of three industrial manufacturers were using 3-D printing.
