Snap-on Releases Magnetic Tool Holder

July 27, 2016

July 27, 2016—Snap-on announced Tuesday the release of a new magnetic tool organizer to hold sockets and wrenches in place.

“Life in the shop is non-stop, so we understand techs need to be organized and prepared at all times for the next job,” Roxanne Stowell, product manager at Snap-on, said. “These holders are the ideal add-on for techs with numerous sockets and wrenches to organize.”

The three magnetic holders, 38MSWHLDR, 14MSWHLDR and 12MSWHLDR, attach directly to tool storage units. Made out of high-impact plastic, the magnetic holders also resist oil and grease to keep tools from slipping.

“The rail body that affixes to a metal surface is made of strong and corrosion resistant aluminum, so it works in shops no matter the conditions or temperature. A ball detent on each socket holder makes the positioning firm with a tight hold to keep tools from sliding out of place,”  Stowell said.
