June 5, 2014—CURT Manufacturing announced Wednesday that it has acquired Aries Automotive, a manufacturer of tubular-style truck accessories and 3D floor and cargo liner interior accessories.
Wisconsin-based CURT is a towing products manufacturer operating 11 regional warehouses.
“We are very excited for the opportunity to add high-quality truck and interior accessories to our portfolio of products,” said Greg Hooks, CEO of CURT Manufacturing.
The president of Aries, Jeff Perez will continue to be the contact for Aries and all contact information will remain the same, according to a CURT release.
