March 20, 2014—Federated Auto Parts recently announced that the Federated Car Care Center program has expanded.
Recent additions include the MechanicNet expert automotive marketing program, which allows car care centers to create marketing plans specific to their own business, and the BusinessVoice on-hold marketing program, which allows shops to update callers on services.
Federated said the free Roadside Assistance and Nationwide Warranty programs will remain, as well as the dedicated Federated Car Care website.
“By adding valuable new features to the current program, Federated Car Care Center members can be more efficient and better communicate with their customers,” said John Marcum, marketing services manager at Federated Auto Parts.
