March 29, 2016—Tenneco announced Monday that it has launched its Servicegrams for Monroe Shocks and Struts and Walker Emissions Controls.
The Servicegrams are technical fliers for automotive service professionals, providing technical product insight, service bay procedures, and troubleshooting techniques in a how-to and step-by-step format. They are published on a monthly basis and available electronically.
“We are excited to bring this technical information to our customers and trade partners,” said Denise Hanefeld, brand manager, Tenneco. “These new Servicegrams will provide easily understandable tips and procedures in a format that is convenient and quick for the technician or counter professional who is on the move.”
