Nov. 17, 2015—OTC announced on Monday the latest upgrade to its Encore software. The upgrade features enhanced diagnostics information, an improved web browser experience and an expanded data stream and global OBD II coverage in Spanish.
Some of the major improvements include the addition of a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) quick reference guide and greater Ford power balance test functionality with expanded coverage. Additional enhancements include expanded Mode 09 availability and technician-driven data stream improvements.
The latest update is now available for all Encore owners. With software version 2.4, technicians can renew directly on Encore.
