Innova Names New VP of Sales and Marketing

Nov. 17, 2015—On Monday, Innova Electronics Corporation named Jon Holder vice president of sales and marketing for the Innova tool business.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Holder to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Jon will be responsible for all tool sales to our customers as well as having responsibility for all the marketing activities of the Innova tool business. Jon’s background makes him very qualified in multiple areas and we expect Jon to bring a fresh and broad perspective to his new role,” said Mike Fitzgerald, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Innova.

Before accepting his position with Innova, Holder was the chief sales officer for K&N Engineering where he was responsible for all revenue production and developed and managed sales teams in the retail, distribution, ecommerce and international channels. Holder also served as the global vice president of sales for MagnaFlow. At MagnaFlow, he hired and developed a new sales team that increased sales across multiple channels.
