Honest-1 Expands in Dallas-Fort Worth Area

Oct. 9, 2013

Oct. 9, 2013—Honest-1 Auto Care has plans to open 15–20 new locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the next two or three years, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.

Honest-1 has 35 locations nationwide and plans to open eight more by the end of the year. The shops are 100 percent Environmentally Sustainable Actions (ESA) certified due to their practices of recycling, preventing pollution, conserving resources and offering eco-friendly auto services, the Journal reported. Honest-1 locations contain upscale waiting rooms, internet cafes and children’s play areas.

Jon Langbert, the area’s regional developer for Honest-1, is in search for franchisees with business experience (not necessarily automotive experience) to open the new locations. With his first franchisee in tow, Langbert believes the first shop will open six months after they secure a location.
