Western Nevada Students Receive ASE Certifications

Dec. 29, 2016—Nine automotive technology students at Western Nevada College have jump started their careers by passing their ASE exams, the Carson Valley Times reports.

Five of the nine students who completed four accelerated classes in automotive mechanics during the fall semester are part of the Jump Start College program. Joining the automotive program as Carson High School students gave them the opportunity to not only earn credit toward an automotive degree, but also pass their ASE certification exams.
