Dec. 19, 2013—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced on Wednesday the dates for seven of its 2014 ATS Training Tour locations.
The tour provides four days of hands-on training classes to educate tire technicians on the proper safety procedures and guidelines for servicing passenger and light truck tire and wheel assemblies. There is also a full day focused on tire pressure monitoring systems.
The schedule is as follows:
- Feb. 4-8, Charlotte, N.C.
- March 4-8, Sarasota, Fla.
- March 25-28, Houston
- May 20-23, Minneapolis
- June 24-27, Denver
- August 5-7, Chicago
- Sep. 16-19, Cincinnati
The ATS Tour will also be visiting the following cities with specific dates still to be announced: Anchorage, Alaska; Baltimore; Pittsburgh; San Francisco; Boston; Tallahassee, Fla.; and Los Angeles.
