AAIA Expects Record Attendance at Spring Leadership Days

April 10, 2013

April 10, 2013—Over 350 member volunteer leaders and VIPs are expected to participate in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association’s (AAIA) Spring Leadership Days to be held May 1-3 in Bonita Springs, Fla., according to the AAIA.

The three-day program features 30 meetings and events, including special committees, advisory groups and a volunteer recognition dinner.

“Volunteers are the backbone of our association, working closely with professional staff, providing the guidance and vision to help lead AAIA,” Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO, said in a statement. “Our thought leaders gather twice a year in the spring and fall to roll up their sleeves and work on issues and initiatives of importance to our membership and the aftermarket industry as a whole.”
