April 6 , 2017—Autotext.me now allows technicians to attach video to the inspection report and send it straight to their customers. Once the report has been sent, customers can view the video straight from their phone.
No action is required to activate this feature. Chris Cloutier, past Rachet+Wrenchfeature subject and founder ot Autotext.me, said that all clients with the Digital Vehicle Inspection sheet add-on activated should be able to view the new feature.
A few notes:
Only 60 seconds of video is permitted
.MP4 and .MOV video formats are supported
