Genuine Parts Co. Announces Acquisition

Genuine Parts Company has announced an acquisition. 

April 19, 2017—Genuine Parts Company (GPC) has acquired Merle’s Automotive Supply, effective May 1.

Merle’s is a 14-location automotive parts distributor servicing both the commercial and retail markets in the greater Tucson and southern Arizona area. The addition of Merle’s  is expected to generate an approximate annual revenue of $45 million.
