June 27, 2017—The Import Vehicle Community, formerly the Auto International Association (AIA), a community of the Auto Care Association, has selected Travis McGuire, GRI Engineering and Development, as the recipient of a scholarship to attend the highly acclaimed University of the Aftermarket’s 2017-2018 Leadership 2.0 program.

Leadership 2.0 is the industry's cornerstone educational program that fosters the development of a new generation of visionary aftermarket executives.

Valued at more than $6,000, this scholarship gives an Import Vehicle Community member the opportunity to participate in one of the most highly-regarded leadership development programs available to the auto care industry’s next generation of leaders.

“The Import Vehicle Community is excited to award Travis with a scholarship to attend Leadership 2.0,” said Jens Schueler, chairman, Import Vehicle Community. “He demonstrates great potential in becoming a future industry leader and is committed to contributing to the success of his company and the auto care industry.”

The scholarship was presented to the Import Vehicle Community by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, which is fully funded by auto care industry donations. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting educational programs benefitting the auto care industry.
