Elon Musk Says Model 3 Braking Issues Being Addressed

Elon Musk, Tesla chief executive officer, said there is a braking issue with the Model 3 sedan but it will be fixed with a software update within days.

May 22, 2018—Elon Musk responded to a review by U.S. magazine Consumer Reports and said braking issue on the Model 3 sedan would be fixed within days, reported Reuters.

The magazine's tests used two separately-sourced vehicles, which Musk said were older versions of the car that had already been improved upon, according to the report.

Musk said on Twitter, he would request the magazine to test a current production model. The Model 3 has improved ride comfort, lower wind noise and other small improvements, he said.
