Auto Shop Owner Without License Charged

A Connecticut business owner was charged for operating his auto repair shop without a license.

October 8, 2018 — A man from New Britain, CT. faces charges for operating an illegal automotive repair shop, the Record-Journal reports. Rafael Delgado, 51, was charged with operating a motor vehicle repairing business without a license, according to the police. 

The Record-Journal writes that "police received complaints of alleged fraud at Totally RAD Creations." A later police investigation found that the business did not hold licenses for either the town or the State Department of Motor Vehicles. 

The investigation is still in process, the Record-Journal reports.
