Dec. 28, 2018—Nacho's Auto Repair in Grand Rapids, Mich., has been shut down by the state, according to a report by WOOD-TV. The shop was issued a cease and desist order by the Michigan Secretary of State's Office after the state discovered the business was in operation without a license. 

According to WOOD-TV, the state says an inspector noticed the issue while on visits to facility in October and December. The state official told WOOD-TV that employees were working on a vehicle's transmissions without the business' certification for transmission repairs.
