Ohio Repair Center In Planning Stages

Firestone Complete Auto Care of Lorain, Ohio, is planning a 5,900 square feet building, which will have a total of eight work bays and 32 parking spaces.

Jan. 3, 2019—Firestone Complete Auto Care of Lorain, Ohio, is planning a 5,900 square feet building, John Woitilla, senior vice president of construction and development services for developer Zaremba Group, said to The Morning Journal. The building will reside on the southeast corner of Leavitt Road and Tower Boulevard, The Morning Journal reports

According to the publication, the building will have a total of eight work bays and 32 parking spaces.

Woitilla told The Morning Journal that a customer driveway would be situated near the southwest corner of the lot, where customers will enter at the southeast corner of the building. 

Plans for the project were approved 3-0 by the Planning Commission, The Morning Journal reports. Both the Lorain City Council and the city Design Review Board must also approve the project.
