Consumer Survey Ranks Auto and Tire Businesses
March 12, 2019—A recent survey by Newsweek magazine asked more than 20,000 consumers to rate companies based on how they serve customers. Results revealed that Midas received the highest ranking for automotive repair and Discount Tire Direct was listed as the top online and wheel manufacturers.

According to Newsweek, survey participants were those who had recently made a purchase, used a service, or gathered information about a product or service in the last three years. In total, 132,954 evaluations were collected for the survey.
Scores for the survey were derived from the following elements of a customer's experience: quality of communication, technical competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
