August 5, 2019—For the first time, the Network’s Advisory Council joined in on the program manager meeting to provide feedback on key program and marketing initiatives. The meeting was held at the historic Union Station Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.

The Advisory Council and program managers are comprised of WD representatives, auto stores and service dealers, offering a unique perspective from a cross section of the country. Acquiring knowledge from their unique viewpoints, allows the Network to target specific program elements to better leverage the brand.

In addition to the business meeting, the program managers and advisory council had a full Nashville experience with back-to-back nights hosted by Network vendors, Identifix and DENSO. The first night was held at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and the second night at the Grand Ole Opry. Both nights featured live music, food and drinks.

“The Advisory Council’s feedback in this year’s meeting will enable us to continue to improve on our successful marketing programs that we offer to our warehouse distributors,” says Mark Lowry, director of marketing/sales of the Network.
