August 5, 2019—Donnie Braun & Sons Auto Repair and Braun Storage in Jefferson City, Mo. is reopening a temporary auto shop 10 weeks after a tornado destroyed it, reports the News Tribune.

Due to the smaller size of the temporary shop and lack of some equipment, the shop will not be able to do all of their normal services, including adjustments and tires. Owner Alan Braun says the equipment and tools should arrive in the next couple of weeks, and hope to serve the same number of customers despite the size of the shop.

The new shop should be built in about a year, but have been focusing more of their efforts on rebuilding the storage unit.

The temporary shop is open today and will operate between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
