Elgin Industries Recognized for Exceptional Service

June 6, 2013—JASPER Engines and Transmissions recently awarded Elgin Industries, an engine and chassis components manufacturer, with the 2013 JASPER Service Award.

Elgin has supplied internal engine components to JASPER for more than 60 years and has held Preferred Partner status with the company for 12 years.

“We are approaching our 95th year of operation and quality and customer service are every bit as important today as they were when we first opened our doors,” said Bill Skok, president of Elgin Industries. “With 60 years of mutual growth and success, Elgin and JASPER have defined the qualities of strong business partnership. The JASPER Service Award is presented to manufacturers who provide exceptional service in several critical business areas, including product quality, fill rate, accuracy in billing and credit processes, and overall responsiveness.
