May 7, 2020—AutoStream Car Care Center in Columbia, Md., has raised nearly $6,000 for the Maryland Food Bank during the month of April, according to a press release. The donation was officially made on behalf of the company on May 5.

By partnering with their customers and donating 10 percent of the proceeds at two of their locations in April, AutoStream was able to raise the funds that will be used to support those in the state during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AutoStream Car Care operates six automotive repair and service centers in the Greater Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area. The independent operation is run by Doug Grills, a Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference speaker and past feature subject
