Broadly Creates Workshop Series For Shop Owners

The workshop launches April 10th.

April 8, 2021—Broadly, a provider of software solutions for the auto services sector, has partnered with ThinkLikeAnApp to deliver a series of workshops for auto shop owners, the company announced in a press release. 

ThinkLikeAnApp is a learning and engagement platform for small business owners. 

The workshop launches April 10th. with ThinkLikeAnApp founder Neal Polachek and his business partner Dori Etter will deliver a half day workshop supported by hours of free and individualized “office hours” for shop owners. They will also be delivering the workshop on three consecutive Tuesdays, beginning April 13. The workshops are being sponsored by the Broadly team with the intention of helping both customers and non-customers.

“Neal and I are really looking forward to teaching auto service providers to leverage the three pillars of ThinkLikeAnApp - Authenticity, Transparency and Immediacy - so they can build more trust among their customers, prospects and employees. Together we’ve built content that will speak to the needs of auto shop owners no matter where they’re doing business today,” Etter said.
