FullSpeed Automotive Acquires American LubeFast

FullSpeed Automotive has acquired American LubeFast, the auto repair company's 14th acquisition.

Jan. 30, 2020—FullSpeed Automotive has acquired American LubeFast (ALF), a provider of quick lube services with 50 total locations in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama, according to a press release.

According to the release, this transaction marks FullSpeed’s 14th acquisition since its private equity firm, CenterOak Partners LLC, completed a majority investment in November 2017 and expands FullSpeed’s footprint to over 560 domestic and international locations.

FullSpeed Automotive is a franchisor and operator of automotive service centers primarily under the Grease Monkey and SpeeDee brands. The Company’s service offerings include oil changes, tire sales and rotations, brake services, car washes and other ancillary services.
