March 14, 2018—Lang Marketing is now offering iAudio, aimed at reducing the learning curve for new employees entering the aftermarket.
iAudio will offer three different and original aftermarket learning programs throughout 2018: Aftermarket Introduction, Aftermarket Advanced and Aftermarket Pro.
"Hundreds of thousands of new employees enter the aftermarket each year and even more current employees are assigned to new positions,” Jim Lang, president of Lang Marketing, says. “The annual cost of the Learning Curve for these people (the time it takes them to become fully productive in their new jobs) tops a billion dollars for the overall aftermarket."
Aftermarket Advanced, the first of three iAudio programs is now available through annual subscriptions. Aftermarket Introduction subscriptions can be purchased by companies and distributed to as many of their employees as they wish.
Different sizes of subscription packages are available.
