Feb. 13, 2018—The National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) has announced that Eagle Automotive Service in Littleton, Colorado was selected as the first recipient of the 2018 NAPA AutoCare Center of the Year award.
Eagle Automotive Service provides automotive and fleet maintenance and repair at three locations in the greater Denver area.
“Owner Brian Bates takes pride in his team and the dedication they show towards customer service,” said NAPA president Dan Askey. “Eagle Automotive is not just an asset to the NAPA family, but the Denver community and aftermarket industry as a whole.”
Bates remains an active participant in his community. Eagle Automotive Service supports several community Car Care Fairs to raise the awareness and importance of staying ahead of preventative maintenance and repairs.
“Having safe, reliable transportation is a must in our society,” said Bates. “Someone you can trust to be honest, do excellent work, and care about the vehicle owner is what is expected from professionals in our industry.”
Eagle Automotive also works with the Metropolitan State University, Department of Defense, Columbine Hills Parks, numerous local baseball teams, and Hands of the Carpenter.
The NAPA AutoCare Center of the Year award recognizes independent business owners who maintain excellent customer service, make a positive impact on their community, and are known for hard work and leadership. Entrants were judged on trained staff, shop appearance, (interior& exterior), community and industry involvement, and more.
