May 26, 2017—Elite has announced that the company will be hosting their Fly with the Eagles shop management seminar series June 20-23 in San Diego.
The AMI accredited course will be presented by Elite coach Joe Marconi, columnist for Ratchet+Wrench and co-founder of autoshopowner.com. Interested shop owners have the option of attending the entire four-day series, or choosing the day(s) of their choice. Here is what each day will cover:
- June 20 – Understanding the Financials and Key Performance Indicators of a Successful Auto Repair Business
- June 21 – How to Find and Hire the Top Technicians and Service Advisors
- June 22 – How Shop Owners Can Bring Out the Best in Their Employees Through Effective Shop Management
- June 23 – Marketing Plans and Strategies That Bring the Right Customers Into the Shop
