GreatWater 360 Auto Care Acquires Phil’s Tire & Auto

Mar. 8, 2023—GreatWater 360 Auto Care has acquired Phil’s Auto & Tire Service in Carlisle, Ohio.  

As stated in the press release, this acquisition marks the fifth Midwest state in the GreatWater 360 Auto Care family of close to 100 repair shops.  

GreatWater CEO, Jim Dykstra said Phil’s “shared our same values, treating customers with respect, integrity, and fairness, while earning trust through quality work.” 

Phil’s Tire & Auto Service has been in existence for 35 years. Former owner Phil Wilcher said, “I am excited for our community and believe that GreatWater will continue to build on the hard work and dedication to service we established."
