A recall has been issued for approximately 69,000 2021-2023 Ram 1500 and 2023 Ram 2500 trucks on account of backup a camera failure.
According to Kelley Blue Book, Ram reported its TRSCM “may prevent the backup camera from displaying an image ‘under certain conditions.’” What those conditions are is ambiguous and owners of the pickups are asked to bring their trucks to the dealership for a software update.
