ASA-Midwest Accepting Donations for Scholarship Fund

Nov. 27, 2013—The Automotive Service Association of the Midwest (ASA-Midwest) announced Tuesday the start of its 2014 campaign for the "Technicians of Tomorrow" scholarship fund.

This fund assists a minimum of four students who are pursuing a career in the automotive service industry with a $1,000 scholarship to pay for tuition and/or books.

Donors contributing $50 or more will receive a commemorative lapel pin during the 2014 VISION HiTech Training & Expo event, set for March 6–9 in Kansas City, Kan. Gold and Platinum level donors will be recognized during the "Celebration of Independents" Awards Dinner and Comedy Night held March 8 at the expo.
