Oct. 2, 2014—Business services provider KPA LLC has been acquired by CIVC Partners L.P., a Chicago-based private equity firm.
The acquisition offers KPA increased resources to expand its product offerings of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Human Resource (HR) Management services for automotive, truck and equipment retail companies into adjacent markets through organic and acquisition opportunities.
KPA will remain at its current headquarters in Lafayette, Colo., with Vane Clayton staying on as CEO and a member of the board of directors.
