May 19, 2016—In an interview with Bloomberg TV, Tony Aquila, Solera Holdings founder and CEO, spoke on the goals and strategies of the company, which owns Identifix.

Solera Holdings was recently purchased for $6.5 billion by Vista Equity in a leveraged buyout in an effort to take Identifix and its sister automotive technology companies private.
