Federal-Mogul Renames Vehicle Components Division

May 23, 2014—Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation announced Wednesday that its Vehicle Components division will be renamed Federal-Mogul Motorparts effective immediately.

The renaming is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to create growth of its products and brands, which include MOOG, Fel-Pro, Champion, Wagner, ANCO and Ferodo.
