Auto Service Bidding Site Openbay Now Supports Apple Pay

March 26, 2015

March 26, 2015—Openbay, an online marketplace for auto repair, recently announced the availability of Apple Pay on its mobile app.

Consumers are now able to pay for automotive repair and maintenance services using Apple's tap payment service.

Openbay said that the service also lowers the automotive service providers risk of responsibility for fraudulent charges. Service providers can now accept Apple Pay without having to upgrade their point-of-sale terminals.

Additional improvements were made to the mobile app, including a new feature that allows for the scheduling of car repair and maintenance appointments.

Openbay said that it remains the only nationwide mobile and web app for consumers to search and compare mechanics, book an appointment and pay for auto repair. Visit openbay.com for more information.
