Feb. 16, 2016—Ratchet+Wrench released on Tuesday the names of two additional speakers for the 2016 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference: Bogi Lateiner, owner of 180 Degrees Automotive, and Amy Mattinat, owner of Auto Craftsmen.
Lateiner and Mattinat, both members of Ratchet+Wrench’s advisory board, will co-present two sessions at the conference. The industry leaders will present “Managing the Customer Experience, for their Satisfaction and Your Bottom Line,” and “10 Cost-Efficient Ways to Gain Customers and Grow Business.”
Lateiner is an award-winning shop owner, writer, speaker and teacher. She is also one of the stars on Velocity’s All Girls Garage.
Mattinat, along with being a successful shop owner, has also been the president of the Car Care Council Women's Board since 2013 and a member of the Automotive Service Association and SEMA Businesswomen's network.
