Aug. 27, 2014—Mitchell 1 has enhanced its repair, diagnostic and maintenance software, ProDemand, the company announced Tuesday.
The software integrates original equipment manufacturer information with content for SureTrack, a diagnostic module in the program. Mitchell 1 has added more information from expets to the software with this enhancement.
“We are continuously adding new features and data to our software solutions in order to bring customers more value,” said Gary Hixson, market manager for ProDemand. “Our ProDemand team has been especially busy this year, with a focus on improving our expert-based information from SureTrack. With our most recent product release, we can now bring even more real-world information to technicians, along with all the OEM data, giving them a head start when diagnosing and repairing vehicles.”
