April 21, 2014—Shop Boss Pro, a web-based shop management software, recently introduced its “Go Paperless” option.
Shop Boss Pro said the new cloud-based feature combines the cloud storage, electronic signature capture and electronic document storage and organization to allow shops to reduce paper waste.
Shops can also attach and upload pictures of work, documents, PDFs, spreadsheets and vendor invoices, and then index those attachments to the repair order.
Shop Boss Pro said the feature is also designed to be used on small screen devices like iPads, tablets and laptops.
