April 25, 2013—Rotary Lift recently introduced its new MCH413 mobile column lift, which is designed to lift heavy-duty, vocational vehicles.
According to a company statement, many shop owners are looking to increase revenue by capturing maintenance and service contracts for medium-duty vehicles. The MCH413 mobile column lift allows shops to expand beyond their light-duty capabilities to start servicing popular medium-duty trucks.
The new lift is sold in sets of two, four or six columns, each of which has a 13,000-pound capacity.
The MCH413 is about a foot shorter and 150 pounds lighter than the company’s other mobile column lifts. As a result, the lift takes up less space and is more maneuverable, making it an excellent entry-level, heavy-duty lift for auto repair shops.
“Mobile column lifts enable you to increase your service offerings to cover large truck maintenance and repair,” Doug Spiller, heavy-duty product manager for Rotary Lift, said in a statement. “They’re portable, so you can set them up when they’re needed, and clear them out of the bay when they’re not. The MCH413’s smaller size and lighter weight also make it easier to store the lift when it’s not in use.”
